The mission of the GOAL Collective is to collaborate with adult education providers throughout Middle Tennessee to create a system that better serves all learners that are seeking services. An estimated 250,000 adults in the Nashville area need these services. By working together to make decisions regarding future programming and other needs, the GOAL Collective is working to get the right learner in the right seat at the right time.
By using a structured framework that unites educators, nonprofits, and philanthropic organizations around this mission, these complex issues can be solved at a regional scale. This method is known as “collective impact.”
