Right Learner, Right Seat, Right Time: How the GOAL Collective Uses Collective Impact
An estimated 250,000 adults in the Nashville area need adult education services — help earning a high school equivalency, learning English, building digital and workforce skills, or preparing for college and career training. No single program can meet that need alone. That is why the GOAL Collective, based at Belmont University, is bringing adult education providers across Middle Tennessee together to build one system that better serves every learner who walks through the door.
The collective's goal is simple to state and hard to achieve: get the right learner in the right seat at the right time.
