GOAL Hub

Welcome to GOAL Hub--a data center for the collective community. Powered by Salesforce, GOAL Hub will allow us to fully track our initiatives and progress in serving adult learners. GOAL Hub drives a directory of collective partners to facilitate more hands-on, functional referrals, and manages the collective activities of partners and members. Data captured through the GOALNet program management system and partner submissions, then aggregated in GOAL Hub, will allow the Backbone and collective leadership to track the total number of learners meeting their goals to gauge our impact.

FORMS FOR PARTNERS (ORGANIZATIONS)

  • Submit this form to make edits or additions to the agency program details on the Find Services page of GOAL's website.

  • When your agency's adult education program offerings or locations change or end, please complete this form to update GOAL's website.

  • Submit this form for each physical program location and one entry for any online or virtual programs. This information will be used to create a map of services available to adult learners and the general public.

  • Use this form to share program location updates or the addition of new in-person or virtual programs. To update locations no longer in service email admin@goalcollective.org.

  • Partners share data for numbers of learned served, outcomes met, and waitlist lengths.

  • Partners should submit a new form at the conclusion of each quarter (after September 30, December 31, and March 31). An annual form will be published after June 30.

  • Use this form to submit social media content for the GOAL Facebook, Instagram, and/or LinkedIn.

  • Use this form to share timely and newsworthy content, including images, for public sharing.

  • Details provided on this form will populate the public-facing provider search directory.

  • Use this form to record major changes to your adult education programs, eligibility requirements, or referral contacts.

  • New partners share primary contacts and basic organizational details to engage with the Collective.

  • New partners who have joined or rejoined GOAL should complete this form to provide current contact information.

  • This agreement establishes a formal relationship between GOAL Collective and the Organizational Partner agency by indicating Working Group members representing the partner in the collective.

  • This form should be completed at the start of each fiscal year for continuing Organizational Partners or whenever an agency wishes to participate at this level within the collective.

  • This agreement establishes a formal relationship between GOAL Collective and the Affiliate Partner agency by indicating affiliate members representing the partner in the collective.

  • This form should be completed at the start of each fiscal year for continuing Affiliate Partners or whenever an agency wishes to participate at this level within the collective.

FORMS FOR MEMBERS (INDIVIDUALS)

  • Members who opt into leadership roles in the collective should complete this agreement specifying their roles and responsibilities.

  • This agreement should be completed at the start of each fiscal year for continuing leaders, or whenever a member accepts a new leadership role in the collective.

  • This addendum establishes the additional roles and responsibilities of affiliate members or volunteers who participate in working groups.

  • This agreement should be completed at the start of each fiscal year for affiliate members or volunteers continuing to participate in working groups, or whenever an affiliate member or volunteer joins a working group.

  • Members share preferred methods of contact and other details to keep in touch with the Collective.

  • Use this form when joining to share contact information or when this information changes.

  • Individuals who are not affiliated with partner organizations may complete this form to provide more details on their volunteer interests.

  • This form should only be completed after a potential volunteer has spoken with a GOAL staff member about current projects and opportunities.
